Figure 100 calories per mile walked versus 3500 per pound of fat.

Theoretically you can lose weight without exercising if you lower calories enough, but not too much. If you just want to walk, my guess is maybe 18-24 miles a week. Walk every 6 days 3-4 miles and rest on one day.

hey walking is fine, but in order to see results, speed walk or jogging.

Crunches and a sit ups go a long way as well, I do atleast 200 sit ups a day, 100 in the morning and 100 at night

if its walking...i guess an hour a day.....

if its jogging....30 min a day.....

but u may wanna get one of the, sweat rubber suits, put it on and run or jog for like a mile or so, then rest for another and jog for another....back and forth, until u really feel tired...

i don't think walking is a very good exercise bc it takes awhile for your body to realize what our tryign to do. choose a more intense cardio if you can.
