I already drink 2 liters of water, do 50 min cardio in a day & don't eat after 7 pm.
But I eat a lot of chocolate and other junk food. I just can't live without it! I want spend a lot of money on them. I eat like a normal person till the dinner then I become a crazy and crave junk food deadly. I'm putting on weight because of my junk food addiction even though I eat healthy. What can I do?

Eat more fiber sweetie and eating junk food will make you want more. Just stop it.

Get naked and look at yourself in a mirror while eating the junk food. If that doesn't change your habit, try replacing your cravings for sweets with eating something naturally sweet like raisins, apples, peaches, apricots, grapes, etc. It seems like your craving for junk food has become a habit that you've become unwilling to change. Make the decision to change and never look back.

I'm not a big chocolate and sweets fan myself, but I do have my own little things that compensate for chocolate and sweets.



Try those fruit corner yoghurts. They are SO delicious. Natural yoghurt but with a kind of fruit compot on the side. My favourite is the peach and apricot. They can substitute your sweeties.



A little bit of chocolate isn't bad at all! But only have a little, and have 'healthy' chocolate. Not sure whether you can get these in the USA - but here in the UK we have a brand of chocolate called 'Greens&Blacks' which are more natural. They come in these tiny little bars but are oh so tasty!



Try substituting things like cakes and biscuits for crackers, with maybe some of your favourite soft cheese on (only a little, mind!)



It's all about finding alternatives - you have complete permission to go mad finding your favourites xD

wow, im in the same exact situation with the same problem! I started writing down everything that i eat and just trying to improve on it a little bit everyday, that helps. Also, eat healthy snacks before dinner to try to fill yourself up a little so you dont have as many cravings. It works a little bit for me.

you have to eat to lose fat......not eating after 7pm is a silly myth! you can still eat an apple or two and drink a glass or 2 of milk and thats not gonna make you fat ok?you just have to stop eating junk...stop buying them..invest that cash in somewhere else,like a piggy bank or some charity purpose...you can eat a small chunk of dark chocolate or chocolate ice cream every five or 6 days.that wont make you fat either....
