So I am a huge fan of yoga, I have been doing it for about three years now. I haven't really dieted but some of the women in my class have been trying it.

Does yoga and the paleo diet go together? I feel like in the paleo diet you eat meat and a lot of people who do yoga are vegetarians.

To answer your question, I think the answer is yes. The paleo diet and yoga can go very well together. With the paleo diet, you are feeding your body nutritious foods while cutting out gluten and processed foods. In yoga you are training your body and your mind.



There are some fantastic benefits to doing both yoga and the paleo diet! I would do them both to achieve a healthy life.

Yoga and paleo can easily go together. The only reason that a lot of vegetarians do yoga is because they perceive both to be healthy. Paleo is a good healthy alternative so I think they go well together.
