I'm a overweight male. And I'm tired of being overweight. My body fat is stored on my belly my man boobs, and a little bit in my face. How can I remove this and become fit? Thanks

I had the same problem, although I'm a woman... I was qite overweight as a kid. But when I got to about 16 I realized it need to chnage. I'm now 28 and i consider myself athletic.

What I did was start by taking a daily jog, I would set a target. Starting at half an hour of continued running and getting progressively longer. I also joined clubs and sighed up for a gym membership.

But don't go on a diet I have known people who had had major eating disorders from out of control dieting. If you do eat a lot of junk food and snacks though then try to cut down on those.

Just exercise daily and start as soon as possible because otherwise its just going to get worse

Sometimes it can be daunting working extremely hard only to wait for the results in vain. You follow healthy diets and do very tiring tabs but realize very small changes to your stomach. It is not yet time to give up on your diet and training yet. There are many people out there like you.

1. Eat Only If you are Really Hungry



In this modern age, eating even when not hungry has become a habit. We eat regardless of whether we are happy or sad, all day! This is one habit that you should stop. So hide the things you like and instead drink enough water. Note that this is different from starving.





2. Sleep Enough



Lack of enough sleep lowers the metabolism rate. When tired, your body requires some kind of compensation. Moreover, in this state it will be difficult to do your training effectively. Sleep for 8-9 hours.



3. Have Breakfast Wisely



Never skip your breakfast. This is the time that most people eat beyond control. The next time you eat your breakfast swallow a chill pill. Most people eat excess carbs instead of eating meals rich in healthy fats and protein. Eat bacon, ham, veggies and eggs. Also, drink homemade juices and milk. In addition, make sure you eat within the first hour that your up, this will help your metabolism get a kick start!



4. Eat 3 hours before Sleep



Most people eat and go to sleep immediately. Ideally, the metabolic rate slows down when we sleep.



Therefore, if you eat and sleep immediately, your body will accumulate unnecessary nutrients and transform them to fat.



5. Avoid too Much Alcohol



Most of these drinks are rich in calories. If you cannot do without beer, try minimizing it.



However, a drink like dry wine can be very helpful in burning tummy fat and has other advantages to the vascular and digestive systems due to its resveratol component that lowers fat cell development around the waist region and speeds up metabolism.



All this along with some form of movement like walking,bicycling, jumping jacks etc... and you should see results and be happy about them.

Just cutting out soda could easily make you lose some weight. I cut out soda because I was getting kidney infections and I didn't bloat as much and lost 2 pounds in just a week. Don't diet too much, but do cut out some unhealthy foods. Start off small. Cut out soda for one week, then cut out stuff like cake, icecream, or any other desserts. Then cut out fast food. (If you eat all of that). Just set small goals and keep trying to reach them. Also, as far as excercising, ride a bike, if you can. It is VERY good excercise and you forget you're doing it. I read that just exercising 30 minutes a day, at least 5 times a week can jurastically change your weight. I started off at 15 minutes 5 times a week, then the next week, went to 30 minutes, and 2 weeks later, I went to an hour. I also ride bikes when I can. I haven't weighed myself, so I'm not sure how it's working. I'm just doing it to be healthy.

If your whole body is proportionately fat as your man boobs it is probably a fat issue then you have to exercise, but if it is not it is probably Gynecomastia, which is a common condition for some guys, Nothing to worry (But Before coming in to a conclusion that it is Gynecomastia please see a doctor and remove your doubts)



The best treatment for Gynecomastia is surgery, My friends has done it, He became a very confident Guy from a very depressed one after the surgery. If you need more money to do the surgery start saving from today or borrow and pay installments or tell your parents how depressed you are and get some money, But do the surgery



So don't go through the mental pain again and again, find a solution to the problem even if it may take some time

It all starts with diet. The most effective way to burn fat is to 1) reduce your carbohydrate intake (cut in half portions of potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, eliminate sugared drinks) 2) spread your meals out into 6-8 smaller portions vs. 3 large meals. Going to the gym is definitely going to help speed up the process but only in combination with a clean diet.



You would be surprised how effective it is just to cut out soda, milk and sugared beverages. Also switch to light beer if you drink.

If you want to lose your weight then you should follow some weight and diet chart such as do regular running, walk 5 to 6 mile every day, avoid some fatty food, drink a water more and more, also avoid junk foods, do regular exercise, etc. I hope this information will help.

I lost weight cutting out all added sugar in my diet. I had severe insulin resistance which prevented weight loss. When insulin is high you aren't losing any fat! I also do intermittent fasting as well.

stop eating crap and start walking 5 or 10 miles everyday. Do some sweating every day. Start this morning. Start right now. Let me know how ya did. You are probably up late. Get some sleep. when ya wake up , eat some cereal and fruit. Get your walking or running shoes on and body rock it !!!

You can lose 10 lbs/mo with this low-carb food/exercise plan:



Breakfast: Cook oatmeal or health food store cereal in water with wheat bran. Make a pot of it on weekends and nuke 1/2 cup each morning. Then stir in low fat milk or yogurt, banana, walnuts and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day to raise blood sugar level which falls during the night.
