I've tried WW before and have had success. But I always gave up. Anyway I started back up again (online) and the new points plus plan seems annoying. I'm already regretting it. Anyone having success with it and doing well counting?

I've been doing WW points plus since Jan. 1, 2011 and have lost 13 lbs. I did the original WW 3 different times and never stayed on it more than a week. The calculator is sometimes annoying, but you eventually know what foods are how many points and don't have to use it as much. I write down everything I eat everyday. Another pain in the butt, but it holds me accountable. I only work out 3 times a week and only spend 30 mins on a treadmill. Its the easiest program I've ever done and it has gotten very easy after a month. Any diet you do is going to be annoying, but this is more of a better/healthy lifestyle change. Cliche and cheesy, but it works. Good luck.

Btw, in case you get onto Precision nutrition, you'll comprehend how a lot bullsh** those different diets counseled indexed right here are because you heavily isn't on a weight-help plan...you'll in basic terms devour the right way. it truly is going to replace your existence, longterm.

Why are you regretting it? I think this is the best plan Weight Watchers has come up with. Free fruit and most vegetables are awesome. It is a more realistic plan. Stay with it, read all your material and forget everything you knew about the old plan. Start fresh with the new plan and you will be glad you did. I struggled with it at first because I still had the old plan in my head. good luck!

You might want to consider going to Sparkpeople.com instead. In my experience they have better online tools then WW and it's a free site. Plus there are no silly points to deal with... just normal food.
