I've been looking online about Arbonne Figure 8 Weight Loss Program & I'm thinking of trying it out.

I've heard great reviews.

The problem is I can't seem to decide on what to start taking, I def want to try the shakes but anything else?

Also what work best for you?

What time a day did you take this? & how many times?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.



I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.



It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Not familiar with the program but the red flags I see is the "just eat this" style program. If you really want to be healthy and lose weight here is what you need to do. Shakes, programs, and foods are just tools of the trade.



1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6 meals a day. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least 1200. Can eat more calories if you are more active.



2) Drink plenty of water. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon is preferred.



3) Do full body weight training 2-3x a week where you are shooting for 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a weight that is heavy for you. Focus on compound movements.



4) Get some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes per session.



5) Track your progress and consumption. By keeping track of everything you eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if the results are not what you desire.

I take the shakes just once a day in the morning. The rest of the time I mostly follow the South Beach eating plan. Heathly good carb/low fat meals and two snacks. So I'm eating something five times a day. Helps me to not get hungry.



The NRG Go3 Fizz Tabs are what I love! They really help me make it through the afternoon without munching on everything in sight because I'm bored. They supress my appitite and give me energey without the crazy energy buzz you would get from other drinks. I take one tab in 16 oz of water around 11 am. I can't take them after 1pm otherwise I don't sleep well at night. There is 50mg of caffine in these, about the same amount as a can of soda.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

I personal love the chews!! I also take the fiber shake it tastes like an orange dream icicle! I also like the chi shake! The fizzy are great too!! If had to chose I would go with the chews and the fiber shake!!

The other thing you might try id the 7 day detox! I my self lost almost 10 lbs! I did put a few back on but over all I think I am down 6 or 7 lbs! Just from the detox!

After seeing this I really want to share something because I spent several years switching from diet to diet without seeing any success until I discovered Pams magic plan (google it). Without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever had and I have kept it off to this day.
