I just started working 10:3-p-7a at Wal-Mart,working 4 days a week. I am an overnight stock associate. I am constantly bending, moving, walking, turning, lifting...you get the picture. How much weight should i expect to lose a month? i get 2 (15min) breaks ...i usually walk to keep moving. And a 30min lunch, which is the only time I really sit the whole 8hrs. . By the time my 8rs is over, I am sore and exhausted. I go home n get ready for my next job (10a-6p) 7 days a wk. So, I dont really eat 2 much, or well. How bout it?! How much could I see decrease from this pudgy gal?
