i heard that apple cider vinegar help you lose weight im currently on a diet and im also working out and i would love to boost my metabolism and i heard apple cider vinegar can help me some peple say to take one tablespoon b4 each meal (3 a day) and some said to take a glass of water and drp 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar n it do it at least once a day with a meal or with evry meal.

so i would like to know which way is better and has e=anyone tried apple cider vinegar and did it help you lose weight??!!!
